Guidance Documents

Alongside the new Public Fundraising Regulatory Association's (PFRA) Principles-Based Code of Conduct, we’re developing a suite of Guidance Documents to help members put the Code into practice. These resources will offer practical examples and tools to support ethical, transparent, and consistent fundraising across face-to-face and telefundraising.

The Guidance will be launched in stages and will reflect real-world fundraising scenarios contributed by PFRA members and external industry experts. Together, the Code and its Guidance will strengthen public trust, support fundraisers, and ensure charities can apply the principles with confidence and clarity.
